Flickering Flame- Chapter 9Jiro found himself outside of the pro bending arena once again. It was the day of the championship match, and metal bending cops were all over the place. They think that they can hold out the Equalists. Jiro thought to himself. He chuckled at how wrong they were. He came up to the side entrance. An officer was stationed there.Flickering Flame- Chapter 9 by NotCras
Jiro smiled but the officer did not return pleasantries. "Excuse me, no one is allowed through this entrance." He challenged.
"Well I just forgot something in the practice room and I've come to get it."
The officer crossed his arms. "The day of the championship? I'm not buying it." He ruled.
"I'm a pro bender, you don't have to worry that I'm an Equalist!" He shot fire into the air. He opened his bag, revealing his uniform. "See that's my uniform! Just just let me in please." Jiro pleaded.
"Still not buying it."
Jiro decided to switch tactics. He raised his arms and looked as if he was giving up. "Alright, you got me. I'm just a pro bender that wants

Zuko's First Date
This story is based on the episode of Tales of Ba Sing Se in Avatar the Last Airbender. I had the help from the book The Earth Kingdom Chronicles: the Tale of Zuko.
I was positive that she was a spy. And that she was going to turn us in. Maybe I was just a little paranoid or something.
Anyway, I thought she suspected that we were from the Fire Nation.
That careful look she gave me. She was a 'regular costumer', but I knew it could only be days before she accused us of being Fire Nation. We might lose our whole cover.
Surely Uncle notice the suspicious girl.
To be on the safe side, I warned him. "Uncle, we have a problem. Don't look now, but there's a girl at the corner table. She knows we're Fire Nation…" I hissed to my Uncle.
Of course Uncle looked. He never does anything that I tell him to do.
"I've seen that girl a lot," Uncle replied back. So he had noticed too.

“It’s quiet over there Snoozles.” Toph said from her place across form him “What, you don’t like my cooking or something?”
“It’s fine.” he grumbled as he glared at his sister and her boyfriend who sat next to the earth bender.
“You haven’t touched anything.” Zuko said, leaning across Suki and looking into Sokka’s plate.
“It’s really good.” Suki added, finishing a mouthful of her own “Who knew Toph could cook?”
“I’m not hungry.”
The chatter around the table came to a grinding halt and Toph dug in her ears “Wait. Did Sokka just say he wasn’t hungry? You guys better eat up because this must be our last meal.”
“Are you okay Sokka?” Aang asked, looking at the older man with worry.
“This is really not a good ti

When I arrived, I went to my room and sat down to meditate. I closed my eyes, I gathered my fists and breathed deeply. I relaxed, I do not know for how long. My anger disappeared. Suddenly I heard someone knocking the door:
It was Katara.
- Hi, Tryon.
- Oh, hi. - I said without much encouragement.
- Ayra and Alec have permitted us to settle in their home.
- Well, that's good. - I answered.
- Hey, I wanted to apologize for the conduct I had during dinner. Aang, Sokka and I have passed some days without sleep and we are tired.
- Yes, but that does not justify the way you've spoken to me.
- I know. So I want you to forgive me. Please. I won't can sleep peacefully without knowing if you have forgiven me or not
- All right. I forgive you.
She approached me and we hugged.
- Thank you very much, Tryon.
- You are welcome. - Katara walked toward the door.- Good night.
- Good night.
Katara closed the door. I took off my boots, I went to bed and slept.

No podré dormir tranquila sin saber si me has perdonado.
Está bien. Te perdono.
Se acercó a mí y nos dimos un abrazo.
Muchas gracias, Tryon.
No hay de qué. – Kat
